CANCELLATION POLICY

48- Hour Notice Policy To ensure service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service price will be charged to you before you can book again. In the event of a No-Show/No-Call you will be charged 50% of the missed visit. It pains us to do it but unfortunately this happens, and we do not get paid unless you show up. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client. Thank you!
